Educational Requirements:
∎ • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Business Administration (MBA is preferred) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 20 year(s) of related experience.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
∎ • Extensive Executive-Level Management experience (10+ years).
∎ • Extensive Real Estate Industry experience (10+ years).
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analysis, Architecture Related Software (like- AutoCAD), Project Manager (Software) and Team Leader (Software)
∎ • Proficiency in both English and Bangla.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for total Projects Planning and initiate the projects to reduce Cost, Schedule, Performance and the Components of projects.
∎ 2. Monitoring construction works to assure that Plans, Specifications, Building Codes and Regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ 3. Study all types of Design & Drawing of Construction Work.
∎ 4. Coordinate with Engineering Consultants for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ 5. Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ 6. Visit under construction projects on regular basis.
∎ 7. Responsible for Project Budgeting, Resource Utilization and Materials Allocation for construction sites.
∎ 8. Reviews and checking payments of bills submitted by Contractors, Testing Laboratories, Consulting Engineers.
∎ 9. Collecting necessary information from project and prepare the required weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ 10. Must be a professional of unquestionable Integrity, Credibility, and Character.
∎ 11. Communication on behalf of the Company with Shareholders, Government Entities and the Public.
∎ 12. Leading the development of the Company's Short and Long-Term Strategy.
∎ 13. Creating and implementing the Company or Organization's Vision and Mission.
∎ 14. Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the Company, including Directors.
∎ 15. Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
∎ 16. Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its Short and Long-Term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc.).
∎ 17. Assessing risks to the Company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.
∎ 18. Setting strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and describable.
∎ 19. Promote the Companies direction and momentum, its business performance, the positive external impact (image), internal business climate, people and services.
∎ 20. Act as the principal public relations officer of the Company and represent them with major customers, Government entities, the financial community and the public.
∎ 21. Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate in which management development for succession is nurtured.
∎ 22. Conduct annual performance appraisal for all executives and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions.
∎ 23. Company expects updated knowledge of Housing, Land and Property Law in Bangladesh with Land Registration related work, Land Tax & also Vetting of Land Documents.

∎ • Knowledge of Housing, Land and Property Law in Bangladesh with Land Registration related work, Land Tax & also has the ability to Vetting of Land Documents.
∎ • Must have Construction Related knowledge regarding Commercial Project(s) as well.
∎ • Ability to deal with diverse stakeholders.
∎ • Strong interpersonal skills such as Leadership, Communication, Persuasion, Motivation, Loyalty, and Openness.
