∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing contractors drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan.
∎ Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage Fire Protection & Detection works and Electrical works.
∎ Communicating with internal and external stakeholders; as required.
∎ Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all Civil Engineering issues.
∎ Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
∎ Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
∎ Overseeing installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/equipment/devices and keeping proper test record.
∎ Check and certify of bills related with MEP works.
∎ Resolving coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements.
∎ Overseeing" Quality Control" system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure their proper application to project.
∎ Manage Contractors to execute the job within stipulated time frame.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan.
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
