Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Electrical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination between Management and Project site.
∎ Experience in MEP works of High rise building (Hospital, University, Hotel).
∎ Experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Sanitary with Drainage System, Water supply and Distribution, Fire Protection & Detection works and Electrical works.
∎ Installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/equipment/devices with proper test record.
∎ Check and certification of bill related with MEP works.
∎ Overseeing" Quality Control" system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA.Estimating, their proper application to project.
∎ Overseeing Supply Chain Management for smooth workflow.
∎ Manage Contractor to execute the job within stipulated time frame.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan
∎ Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience : 07 years for B.Sc Engineer / 12 years for Diploma Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience on some completed project.
∎ Experienced in large Commercial / Industrial constructions work.
∎ Energetic, self-driven & proactive.
∎ Overseas job experience will be preferred.
