Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc In Civil Engineering from any public/ reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, Monitoring and follow-up all the civil and structural, steel erection work.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting to the management.
∎ Acting as a Project Incharge/ main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and can operate at least 5 projects at a time.
∎ Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
∎ Documentation and periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Verification of correctness of materials from the suppliers.
∎ Ensure quality workmanship and quantities of Construction Materials are strictly maintained.
∎ Place requisition for raw material according to drawing & design of the project through concern Manager/Technical Head/Logistic Department.
∎ Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
∎ Associate with senior management in the development of quarterly, annual targeted plan. Follow the work of depreciation to ensure that there is no waste of raw materials.
∎ Oversee the preparation of reports on implementation by Site Engineers and follows up periodically.
∎ Support supply contracts after the examination through the Department of Procurement / Logistics.
∎ Field visits to projects on regular basis to resolve any problems both for the site or contractors and ensure quality of workmanship including the quality/quantity and report progress regularly.
∎ Review projects at completion and access the achievements compared to the time schedule
∎ Staying at the site/ adjacent to the site and ensure quality of workmanship including the quality/ quantity and report progress regularly.
∎ Experience on construction of steel structure is specially required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Provide Technical and Managerial advice at site for smooth construction of project
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
