∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university with minimum 7 years work experience.
∎ Diploma-in-Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years work experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall knowledge in preparation of Tender Documents and related works.
∎ Overall knowledge in design and construction of building.
∎ Project planning, compile final drawings, preparation of BOQ.
∎ Preparation of work program, appointment of different contractors etc.
∎ Follow-up the construction schedule, maintain the quality of construction works.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have enough experience in preparation of BOQ and Tender
∎ Documents with related works.
Salary: Negotiable
