∎ 5-8 years working experience in building construction
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and Co-ordinate with the department of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
∎ Ensure quality of workmanship at site.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building and construction of the site.
∎ Prepare Contractor/sub-contractor bill on basis of physical work done.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
∎ knowledge on fair face work will added extra advantage.
