∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
∎ Candidates with B.Sc. Engineering from BUET, DUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, SUST, AUST, MIST universities will be given preference
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plumbing design & drafting using AutoCAD.
∎ Coordinate with design teams to establish and assure implementation of plumbing design standards for the project.
∎ Prepare cost estimates; track project schedules and budgets. Calculations for designing specific piping systems for a variety of projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ 5 -9 years' experience in plumbing design
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
