Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any public institute. BUET/RUET/KUET/CUET/DUET/MIST/AUST preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, project, Structural
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time and Cost Management as per WBS or project schedule.
∎ Quality Management as per QAP and codes.
∎ Construction and Risk Management as per HSE & PPE codes.
∎ Lead, Communicate and interact with all project personnel.
∎ Guide and Communicate with vendors to expedite the project work speed.
∎ Report to Project Manager to update and implement project work.
∎ Understand all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Attend meeting with client and consultant as per requirement at project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge on construction of drawing and design.
∎ Should have knowledge on reading of drawing.
∎ Should be able to prepare estimate of construction requirements from drawings.
∎ Should have knowledge on Quality Control Issues.
