∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, AutoCAD

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Building Construction, Civil, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction engineering, Construction Safety, Construction site
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all construction works as per the projected time.
∎ Supervision of day to day activity of site works and submit the report to the line manager.
∎ Execute the construction work as per drawing & design.
∎ Ensure the quality control of all civil works as per design, rules & guidelines.
∎ Prepare the bill of quantity of vendors/contractors, estimation of civil items.
∎ Prepare the documentation work of overall project using MS word, Excel, power point etc.
∎ Prepare site layout, drawing/design, red line & as built drawing based on actual site condition using auto-cad.
∎ Manage the site supervisors, contractors and day-laborers etc.
∎ Oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
∎ Able to lead a team and have the ability to work under pressure even for a long period.
∎ Report to the concerned Reporting Authority which includes progress, risks and opportunities and variations in expenditure, if any.
∎ Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ Take the responsibilities of any kind of anomalies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in civil engineering field especially 4-5 years in Construction.
∎ In-depth knowledge on civil/architectural drawing/ design, cost analysis of line items of civil construction.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS word, excel, power point, MS project, e-mails, internet etc.
∎ Good knowledge on Auto cad 2D, basic knowledge of structural designs.
