Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or relevant professional certifications will be a key advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: construction, Design, Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil, Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists in the review, investigation and development of appropriate recommendations regarding assigned Engineering projects by Supervisor.
∎ Coordinate between project site & office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information of the site.
∎ Supervise of site Engineers & non-technical staffs.
∎ Set priorities for staff concerning the corporate general services of goods, services and works, from the overall department work program.
∎ Regular travel is necessary with civil project engineers moving from offices to construction sites as necessary.
∎ Supervision of surveying building lay out.
∎ Lead projects handing over and final accounts of the projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule. Knowledge in architectural space sizing and planning.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Proven sense of analysis, research and good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in management of works contracts and provision of various services.
∎ Proficient in the use of standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Practical knowledge of SAP systems will be an advantage.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) in English.
