∎ The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on quality control and civil works.
∎ Must be able to handle projects independently.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
∎ Must have positive attitude towards the Management Strategy
∎ Knowledge on Fair face work will added extra advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.
∎ Planning, scheduling, monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
∎ Checking Contractor Bill.
∎ Check & Conferm Safety & Security During work.
∎ Check the Quality of Materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Should have at least Basement project handover Experience.
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude & having to take decision independently.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.
∎ To estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement.
∎ Checking and ensure quality of materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works at project.
∎ Absolutely proactive, smart, energetic, self-motivated, determined and be tactful to meet the expectation of the company.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by management as and when necessary.
