Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Minimum 8-10years' experience as a project engineer in reputed real estate companies)
∎ BSC in Civil Engineering (Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a project engineer in reputed real estate companies)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Civil Project Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allocate work to contractor as per monthly work schedule.
∎ Prepare weekly estimates of materials required for respective project.
∎ Submit and follow-up the requisition of material for respective project.
∎ Responsible for daily work supervision, ensuring quality of work and quality of materials being used of respective project.
∎ Ensure safety & Security of the site labors /workers of respective contractor’s field.
∎ Identify faulty workmanship & works and take necessary measure.
∎ Responsible for taking measurement of the finished works and recording those in MBs. Responsible for preparing bills of the contractors.
∎ Update master plan based on daily work progress.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Allocate work to contractors as per monthly work schedule.
∎ Prepare weekly estimates of materials required for respective project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Conversant in MS office & Auto CAD.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
