∎ B.Sc & M.Sc in Civil Engineering preferably from BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET/ DUET/MIST or other reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Real Estate, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
∎ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
∎ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
∎ Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
∎ Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
∎ To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
∎ Sound Knowledge for Structural Design.
∎ To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
∎ Project planning, organizing, supervising, scheduling & coordinating.
∎ Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate.
∎ Sound Knowledge of construction and finishing materials.
∎ Preparation of expenditure statements and other necessary documents at regular intervals during the construction works.
∎ To keep liaison with head quarter, consultants, vendor/sub-contractor to execute the project smoothly.
∎ Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management
