Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision and quality controlling of materials and construction works.
∎ Preparation of BOQ as per design and drawing.
∎ Preparation of work schedule and ensuring the progress of works as per schedule.
∎ Proper guidance for supporting staffs.
∎ Checking Bills for all suppliers and contractors.
∎ Comparing budget and actual cost for all items.
∎ Special care to be taken for all construction equipment.
∎ Time and Cost Management as per project schedule.
∎ Lead, Communicate and interact with all project personnel.
∎ Guide and Communicate with vendors to expedite the project work speed.
∎ Report to Project Manager to update and implement project work.
∎ Understand all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Attend meeting with client and consultant as per requirement at project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good conception about the structural and Architectural design
∎ Good in Communication.
∎ Expert in Auto-CAD 2D drawing.
∎ Must be very keen in work.
∎ Expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Proactive and very much responsible.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
