Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time and Cost Management as per WBS or project schedule.
∎ Quality Management as per QAP and codes.
∎ Construction and Risk Management as per HSE & PPE codes.
∎ Lead, Communicate and interact with all project personnel.
∎ Guide and Communicate with vendors to expedite the project work speed.
∎ Report to Project Manager to update and implement project work.
∎ Understand all designs, drawings & specifications according to project standards.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Attend meeting with client and consultant as per requirement at project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 years of working experience in large infrastructure development project.
∎ Should have knowledge on construction of retaining wall, shore protection & sheet pile work.
∎ Should have knowledge on footpath construction, finishing work of pavement tiles, curbs etc.
∎ Should be able to estimate construction requirements from drawings. Have to work in project site.
∎ Good leadership, execution and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office
∎ Project work experience with Bangladesh Army will be added value.
