Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Engineer needs to plan, monitor and execute the project in a best possible way and cost-effective manner
∎ Fully Responsible of the project site and need to organize and control all activities of the project
∎ Responsible for safety and security of all men, materials and equipment in the project site
∎ Responsible for making Work Schedule to monitor and complete the project in time
∎ Prepare and forward demand of construction materials online, using software to Head Office and ensure to get it in time
∎ Determine remaining budget required to complete the project at any point of time and make priority of works as per flow of money
∎ Responsible for preparing bills as per real work done
∎ Analyse, manage and mitigate risks and plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
∎ Ensure quality of construction and finishing of works
∎ Study all design in depth and inform concern authority well in advance about any variation
∎ Maintain a clean and disciplined site
∎ Deal with any personnel visiting from various organization
∎ Coordinate directly with subcontractors and construction workers
∎ Monitor efficiency of sub-contractors and report to Authority
∎ Monitor payment to contractors and ensure they are not overpaid
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 15-20 years, working experience on civil construction works in reputed company/companies
∎ Working experience in Real Estate companies are preferable.
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experienced and potential candidate
∎ Sound working knowledge with proven experience on construction of high rise building
∎ Sound working knowledge with proven experience on Fair Face Casting
∎ Sound working knowledge with proven experience on multi basement construction
∎ Proven experience on quality and finishing work of a building
∎ Minimum working experience in Electro Mechanical works and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing)
∎ Proven working experience on organizing works and construction management
∎ Should be able to read and understand all design and report any violation
∎ Expert knowledge on building products, construction details and BOQ
∎ Expert knowledge on relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
∎ Knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power Point and any other Engineering related program
∎ Should be able to identify and take decision in advance which may delay the project
∎ Competent in conflict and crisis management and should have the ability to work under pressure
