Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project.
∎ Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
∎ Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in a time bound manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good problem solving skills and be able to manage a whole project including looking after budget, and it's important that meets deadlines
∎ Able to forecast Project schedule
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Adaptability to stay at Project/Factory premises.
