∎ Hands-on experience with automation brands like Lutron, Crestron, Honeywell, or security systems such as Hikvision, Axis, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install automation and security systems (e.g., lighting control, CCTV, access control) at client sites.
∎ Configure hardware and software to ensure proper functionality.
∎ Integrate systems with third-party devices as per project requirements.
∎ Conduct system testing and fine-tune settings based on client requirements.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase.
∎ Perform System Acceptance Testing (SAT) with clients.
∎ Maintain detailed records of installation and commissioning activities.
∎ Prepare user manuals, wiring diagrams, and system documentation for project handover.
∎ Provide training to clients and end-users on system operations.
∎ Address client queries during the handover process and ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Inspect installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Identify and document potential areas for system maintenance or upgrades.
∎ Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Provide feedback on site conditions and challenges to improve future projects.

The role focuses on post-sales support, including installation, commissioning, and project handover of automation and security systems. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
