∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Fair Face Building construction will be given high preference.
∎ Experience in Fair Face Building construction will be given high preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervision and monitor of overall construction work of project and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate regarding all types of Civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordination with the purchase/procurement department to ensure the quality and timely receiving of the construction materials at site.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.
∎ Prepare contractor/sub-contractors bill on basis of physical work done.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate and quantities.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.
