Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Project Director (PD)/ Deputy Project Director (DPD) will oversee the full execution and technical management of the Academic Building (1st Phase) of the AUW campus construction project.
∎ This role involves managing both administrative & technical aspects of the project and coordinating between the project management team, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
