Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Take full charge of the project and act as the single point of accountability from this stage to completion.
∎ Lead, manage, and coordinate all internal and external project stakeholders.
∎ Conduct and lead all client meetings, progress reviews, and key decision-making sessions.
∎ Maintain continuous communication with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
∎ Establish and implement robust project management systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.
∎ Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor performance.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
∎ Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.·
∎ Drive a results-oriented, collaborative project culture with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
∎ Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met at every stage.
∎ Prepare and present regular project status updates to the owner/management.
∎ We are developing a landmark shopping mall in the heart of Dhaka city – a premium commercial development designed to become a top retail and lifestyle destination. Approximately over 60% of the civil work has been executed. We are now seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Director to take full ownership of the remaining development phases and lead the project through to successful completion. The project is currently 60% completed.
