∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buildings Construction, Green Buildings, LEED Certification, Project Management, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise, manage and oversee the construction project of a Ultra Modern, Top Quality, High Standard 2B+G+9 + rooftop swimming pool Apartment Building.
∎ To understand/ familiar with international standard compliance.
∎ Liaison with all party concerned i.e.: architect, designer, engineer, contractor, supplier, etc.
∎ Ability to handle big project/construction site individually.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ To ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ To maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ Scheduling, controlling and reporting of project work progress to the Chairman.
∎ Update daily project work activity to the Chairman.
∎ Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in project management
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Strong working knowledge of CAD software
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Salary: Negotiable
