∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Director is responsible for overall management of the project including liaising with the owner, coordinating, leading and supervising members of the project team, and overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting and monitoring and evaluation of the project.
∎ Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of the project activities.
∎ Study all design in depth and inform concern authority well in advance about any variation.
∎ Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project's success.
∎ Responsible to oversee all functions of the project - Budgeting, procurement, construction, utilities, to ensure they are meeting the set expectation of the project goals including timelines.
∎ Coordinates project activities with government regulatory authority or other governmental agencies as and when required.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Schedule, monitor and supervise all subcontractor work quality to ensure the highest standards are achieved.
∎ Prepare construction progress report and submit to Management on time.
∎ To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
∎ Coordinate technical meetings with architect, contractors, suppliers & contract vendors to facilitate the development and execution of assigned projects.
∎ Coordination, Follow-up and provide necessary support to project for Budget preparation
∎ Coordination with projects and different functional departments for conducting Monthly Progress Review to the Top Management.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 5 years as Head of Project management role.
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experiences in Prominent high rise building construction Company.
∎ PMP certified will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Cost Analysis, Cost and budget, Planning and monitoring, Project Management, Project Monitoring, quantity surveyor
∎ Must have a relevant experience in construction project or Real Estate Company.
