Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Autocad, Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Power
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit under construction projects on regular basis and create as built drawings.
∎ Collect preliminary design from consultant and provide feedback to consultant.
∎ Coordination between consultant and on site engineer & technician.
∎ Prepare BOQ, Specification.
∎ Monitor and followup construction/installation schedule. As per master schedule.
∎ Prepare daily work schedule and report to team leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge of AUTO CAD for working drawing and as built drawing. Knowledge of Excel, Power Point is also needed.
∎ Should be experienced in doing as-built drawings.
Salary: Negotiable
