Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from BUET/KUET/CHUET/DUET
Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist head of construction by coordination and supervision of the projects.
∎ To collect the design and drawing of the projects from PE/Consultant and ensure proper estimation of those projects for the approval of Head of construction.
∎ To coordinate with the different project sites for timely implementation of the projects.
∎ To prepare the project schedule for timely implementation and coordinate all the construction works as per the direction of Head of construction.
∎ To make liason and link up with all the stake holders as per the direction of Head of construction.
∎ To assist Head of construction in the selection of vendors, subcontractors etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ Willing to travel extensively.
∎ Strong interpersonal and relationship building capability.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, specially in Excel.
∎ Presentation and reporting skill.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Deserving Candidate will be offered lucrative compensation package.
