Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, coordinate & monitor production works at site to ensure works to be done within the time frame.
∎ Coordinate with various suppliers & contractors to ensure in time delivery of materials and work to be done as plan.
∎ Liaising among different stakeholders e.g. suppliers, inspectors, owner, sub-contractors.
∎ Interact with Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of project materials.
∎ To handle independently multi-storied construction project.
∎ Resolve design and construction related problems according to BNBC.
∎ Cost Estimation, Scheduling and BOQ for construction projects.
∎ Ensure all the works related with the project as per design and quality of material and workmanship.
∎ Data Entry in Software Manage construction sites and timely execution of projects.
∎ Supervise site staff and coordinate between Management and site.
∎ Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
∎ Coordination with design department for effective implementation of projects.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system).
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
∎ Coordinating with Sales Team and Coordination Team (CT) for smooth implementation for projects.
∎ Coordinate with architecture & Engineering Design Department for efficient and smooth functioning of projects.
∎ Supervise technical and non-technical staff.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Report project status and progress report & prepare interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Applicants from any public university need not to apply.
∎ The applicants must have experience to work at site.
∎ Have knowledge on tools and method used in the construction project.
∎ Have experience to manage contractors and resources.
∎ Clear knowledge on Microsoft project planning.
