Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the guidance of IFB management: Ensure smooth implementation of the hospital construction project activities as per drawing/plans including supervision of construction work, site management, staff management, contractors management, procurement, reporting, etc.
∎ Maintain and update Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) for all activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 55 years
∎ 15-20 years experience in high rise building and hospital construction work
∎ Should have excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Should be efficient in computer operation.
∎ Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.
∎ Should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Engineering degree will be preferable.
∎ Educational Qualification may be relaxed for an experienced candidate

Salary: Negotiable
