∎ The ideal candidate will be working closely with the c-level executive and has to be a team player who will be responsible for project management. Specific responsibilities include project preparation and documentation for tender submission, analyzing methodologies and suggest winning strategy to ensure project is successfully completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support management with project management by presentation of proposals, status and completion report.
∎ Coordinate with the c-level as and when needed.
∎ Carry out detailed technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
∎ Apply project management principles throughout work.
∎ Accountable for assigned projects from start to finish.
∎ Develop detailed project plans that identify resource needs, inputs, and outputs.
∎ Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals that can win projects.
∎ Complete projects on time by organizing and controlling project elements.
∎ Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
∎ Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems/disputes.
∎ Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and departments throughout different stages of the project development.
∎ Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, and recommending actions.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Multi-task by adjusting from one type of job to another without loss of efficiency.
∎ Carry out any other associated task as deemed necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 2-5 years of experience on developing and executing projects.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on ship building project will be preferred.
∎ Ability to work with changing requirements and technological advancements.
∎ Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and coordinate work with the manufacturers, suppliers, and principals.
∎ Organized individual with the ability to manage numerous problems at once.
∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
∎ Ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions within boundaries of responsibilities.
∎ Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving with keen eye to details.
∎ Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and MS Project preferred.
∎ Business communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Able to work under pressure & meet deadline.
