Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Limited (EPC Team) is looking for civil engineer with 7-9 years of experience in large-scale project management for the position of Project Coordinator.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly reporting to DGM of BA & EPC Team-D about designated work.
∎ Preparation of the Project Time Schedule of the awarded project in the presence of Business Team, Factory and EPC team to finalize the project completion requirement time to time.
∎ Collecting every week's revenue progress status from project & send it to Budget Control Team.
∎ Communication with Business Acquisition Team to collect necessary documents/information for the EPC team during kick-off and implementation stage of project.
∎ Continuous communication with factory to deliver the steel products (PEB, Tower, Pole etc.) to project as per the requirement.
∎ Initiate project progress meetings as per the requirement and circulates the MoM.
∎ Review the progress of the Project Team and provide report to DGM of BA & EPC Team-D.
∎ Updating Team Work software weekly as per the revenue recognition of the project.
∎ Supporting project team to extend the progress by any means of documents/design/information supply as per the instruction from DGM of BA & EPC Team-D.
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
∎ Work with the Project Manager/ Team Leaders to eliminate blockers
∎ Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
∎ Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
∎ Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
∎ Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
∎ Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The candidate must have a clear concept regarding understanding the civil design, steel detailing & requirements represented in drawings.
∎ Ability to formulate Strategy, Policy & Plan.
∎ Proficiency in MS Project is a must, P6 will be advantageous.
∎ The candidate must have previous experience with project planning, work schedule, manpower management, equipment requirements, etc. for large scale projects.
∎ Should have excellent skills with quick estimation, AutoCAD (Civil), MS package (Excel, Word & Power Point, Project), etc.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Experience with working across a complex project delivery cycle
