∎ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools.
∎ Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
∎ Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
∎ Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites across Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and proficiency in English (spoken and written).

∎ Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications and timelines.
∎ Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols proactively identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
∎ Monitor project progress and deliver clear, timely reports to senior management on status, risks, and achievements.
∎ Maintain comprehensive documentation, including daily work logs, delay reports, and change order records.
∎ Ensure full compliance with local building codes, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
∎ Conduct routine quality control inspections to uphold high standards of workmanship and material usage.
∎ Resolve on-site issues swiftly through effective troubleshooting and coordination with stakeholders.
∎ Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects across various locations in Bangladesh.
∎ Drive the timely achievement of key milestones and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
