Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.·
∎ To assist Project Engineer in maintaining operations of the construction project store.·
∎ Preparation of Daily requirements·
∎ To ensure goods are kept by First In First Out method (FIFO).and keep record·
∎ Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition.·
∎ To ensure preparation of MRR & MRN on time.·
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).· Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time.·
∎ Ensure emergency local purchase by adopting procedure.· Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation.·
∎ To ensure store/warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ To keep petty cash expenditure record and submit bill/voucher.
∎ To perform any other tasks when assigned by the management
