Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Counseling

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support planning and coordination of programmes and its activities
∎ Conducting FGD, home visit, door to door survey, community counselling & gather trainees/students based on project/programme mandates
∎ Provide career counselling, liaison with different industries and link the trainees to formal/informal jobs
∎ Preparing students database, completing admission procedure & ensure students regular attendance through regular one to one follow-up & regular follow-up during Internship/ Attachment period
∎ Must be good at communication and must have adequate knowledge in producing all sorts of reports, articles, meeting minutes & conducting need based survey
∎ Liaison with donors, partner institutions, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Organize workshops, Seminars, meetings/events and maintain agenda and presenting the training institution to different local and national level.
∎ Build positive relations within the team and external parties
∎ Developing students and class monitoring mechanism, keeping track of wage employment and regular follow-up of wage & self-employed graduate trainees
∎ Ability to work on tight schedule and must be able to meet the deadlines
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Saic management
