Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters’ in Social Science/ Development Studies or any other relevant subject from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the work plan of the project to smooth operation of General Food Distribution (GFD) & E-voucher
∎ GCoordinate all the project activities at the district level
∎ Ensure achievement of the project objectives in accordance with the project policies and strategies, and implementation plans
∎ Ensure timely and quality implementation of the project activities, and monitoring track the achievement of overall project objectives
∎ Attend in the Meeting, Session and workshop as BRAC representative
∎ Ensure effective monitoring of the project activities
∎ Identify staff training needs & ensure need based training for respective individuals timely and appropriately
∎ Provide on the job training, coaching and mentoring to the project staff working in the field
∎ Conduct team meeting regularly and motivate them to achieve the project activities
∎ Ensure reports of any kind to management & donor in time when and if necessary
∎ Coordinate with the other NGO and GOB official for avoid the duplication of the project activity
∎ Keep Close relation with Other Team leader, Grants team, Procurement Team and Finance team for smooth operation of the program
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years’ of relevant work experience in rural development project, GFD, E- voucher & DRR Programme
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Have knowledge on planning & implementation, budgeting & reporting
∎ Have ability to analyses complex problems, evaluate alternatives and implement
∎ Creative recommendations, organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and
∎ Complete assignments with minimal supervision
∎ Meeting deadlines, and working independently within established guidelines
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali
