Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Ph.D./ Equivalent Degree with at least two First classes/ First divisions/ A Grade throughout academic career. Moreover, Candidate must have at least one first class/ Division/ A grade either in Bachelor or in Master degree.
∎ M.Phil/ Equivalent holder should have two First classes/ Divisions/ A grade throughout academic career.
∎ Master with four or three years bachelor degree holder must have at least three First classes/ Divisions/ A grade throughout academic Career.
∎ Number of Publication(s) Needed: 15
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting classes with update system as per prescribed rules of the university.
∎ Developing curricula and delivering course materials and syllabi.
∎ Conducting research, fieldwork, investigations, and writing up reports.
∎ Publishing research articles, delivering presentations in conferences/ seminars/workshops, and networking development in own field.
∎ Participating in various committees and Faculty/Department meeting of the University.
∎ Providing training and mentoring for junior/new lecturers of the Department/ Faculty.
∎ Reviewing the modern methods of teaching and learning, updating teaching materials and providing recommendations for further improvement of teaching and learning.
∎ Assisting the student’s enrollment and attending the counseling sessions and taking academic interviews of students and teachers.
∎ Creating of an environment that promotes growth, equality, and freedom of speech in the Department / Faculty.
∎ Preparing for traveling to other renowned universities or academic settings to participate in learning opportunities and gain experience.
∎ Contribution for the development of the University in an extreme situation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 publications in reputed journals including 7 as an Associate Professor.
∎ 12 years teaching experience in University or Equivalent Educational Institution including 5 years' experience as an Associate Professor for Ph.D. / equivalent Degree holders.
∎ 18 years teaching experience in University or equivalent Educational Institution including 6 years' experience as an Associate Professor for M Phil/ equivalent Degree holders.
∎ 20 years teaching experience in University or Equivalent Educational Institution including 7 years' experience as an Associate Professor for Master Degree holders.
∎ Experience Requirements: As per UGC rules.
