∎ 1st class/ CGPA 3.50 in Honors and Masters (Architecture) with GPA 3.50/ 1st Division in S.S.C and H.S.C. and·
∎ PhD in the relevant field from a well-ranked university abroad with excellent academic background.·
∎ Sufficient Teaching Experience (in English).·
∎ Strong background in research, with journal and conference publications.·
∎ Masters from a foreign university, and teaching experience preferred.
∎ At least 14 (fourteen) years teaching experience including 5 (five) years as Associate Professor.
∎ At least 9 (nine) publications including 4 (four) publications as Associate Professor. or
∎ M.Phil or equivalent degree.15 (fifteen) years of teaching experience including 5 (five) years as Associate Professor.
∎ Minimum10 (ten) professional publications including 04 (four) publications as Associate Professor.
