Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop course outline and course materials for the Training.
∎ Plan, prepare and deliver instructional resources.
∎ Design evaluation system including classroom observation.
∎ Arranging quiz test, simulation, games, assignment, presentation during the course period.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s) in any respective field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Teaching/ Training, Education Counseling
∎ Having TOT training is an added advantage
∎ Good understanding of training methodology is essential, particularly in using games and simulations
∎ IELTS score 7 and above is essential for English language training
∎ Advanced level of proficiency in English with good pronunciation.
∎ Organizational and management skills.
∎ Leadership with team building ability.
∎ Creativity with analytical skills.
