Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering related fields. Multi-disciplinary study abroad background is preferred.
∎ Professional and technical qualification: intermediate or above professional and technical qualifications.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production & reception technology and other related work.
∎ Serve as the technical expert on all aspects of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
∎ Design, size, and select PV system components including modules, inverters, batteries, racking, and cabling based on customer needs and site conditions.
∎ Prepare construction documents including schematics, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, and bill of materials.
∎ Attend job sites to observe construction progress and perform commissioning tasks.
∎ Participate in the investigation and analysis of safety accidents and quality accidents.
∎ Follow-up works assigned by Chinese Manager/Technicians. Feedback and report on time regarding issues which asked by Chinese Manager/Technicians.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Participate in the work for 5 years or more, have experience in material storage and received relevant training in enterprise management.
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Good communication and coordination ability.
∎ Solid English and Bangladesh language skills, good Chinese language skills is a plus.
∎ Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and other tools
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills
