∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
∎ Ensure production schedules are met with high quality standards.
∎ Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
∎ Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency.
∎ Track and report on production metrics and progress.
∎ Resolve any issues that arise on the production floor.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
∎ Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
