∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed institution.

∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Experience in operating nut and bolt forming machines will be given preference.
∎ Should have deep knowledge of die setting.
∎ Should be capable of performing die repair using lathe and welding machines.
∎ Should be capable of solving any type of troubleshooting related to nut-bolt die setting and other errors.
∎ Basic understanding of CNC operations is preferred.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

∎ Oversee production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues in the production line.
∎ Perform die setting and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.·
∎ Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance of machines.
∎ Monitor production output and suggest process improvements where necessary.
∎ Ensure compliance with company production policies and standards.
