Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any public University with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes responsibility for maintaining and/or improving the performance of the machineries;
∎ Run the Seed crushing plant as per schedule plan and full capacity;
∎ Ensure that checks are made and audits taken on the equipment regularly, to detect irregularities;
∎ Propose studies, tests and measurements to the Technical department in order to improve performance;
∎ Promote exchanges between own departments and the other departments in the plant;
∎ Run information meetings and make own teams aware of safety matters and check that safety regulations are respected;
∎ Induct new recruits, monitor the development of potentials, and propose training schemes for own teams in order to optimize their skills;
∎ Challenge of developing competent Seed crushing (Extraction) / edible oil professionals in a green-field project;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The ideal candidate should have minimum 10 Years of experience in the related field in Seed Crushing plant independently & efficiently.
