Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ Oversee daily production processes to ensure high-quality food standards
∎ ✅ Maintain inventory and manage raw material planning
∎ ✅ Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
∎ ✅ Optimize production efficiency and minimize waste
∎ ✅ Lead, train, and motivate the production team
∎ ✅ Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams for seamless execution
∎
∎ Requirements:
∎ 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in related field
∎ 🔹 3-5+ years of experience in production management (QSR/FMCG preferred)
∎ 🔹 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
∎ 🔹 Knowledge of SAP,HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
∎ 🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
