∎ Only B.Sc. Engineers from top public engineering universities like SUST, KUET, RUET, CUET etc. and a few top private universities like Ahsanullah, NSU, EW, BU, AIUB, UIU will be eligible
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Industrial & Production Engineering, Industrial production
Job Context:
∎ S/he will be responsible for a production floor consisting about 1,000 employees.
∎ S/he will make sure safe environment, compliance, productivity, and profitability for this.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review production plan , and lead the floor accordingly to achieve optimum productivity, timely delivery in a cost effective manner
∎ Take care of style changeover activities coordinating with sales, technician, maintenance, & QA persons
∎ Ensure proper supply chain arrangement, quick resolution of any issues including machine break down, quality problem, material arrangement, manpower management, dispute etc. by leading concern management staffs and workers
∎ Ensure application of automation and innovation for better productivity

∎ Hardworking, communication skill, leadership and thirst for success
