Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for forecasting & developing monthly production plan based on monthly delivery requirements, pending orders and special requests.
∎ Ensuring that the daily production is done according to the plan by advising and guiding production supervisors and meeting daily production targets also prepare reports on a regular basis
∎ Listing of required raw materials for production on a monthly basis and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely availability.
∎ Coordinating with Lab for quality verification of total batch output to ensure quality standards are met on each production batch.
∎ Ensuring accurate reporting of batch output and quality.
∎ Coordinating with accounts division to obtain batch sheets for production of each and every item and issuing the raw materials through system and updating supervisors for production.
∎ Management and maintenance of machinery and floor area.
∎ Administration and management of labor.
∎ Responsible for WIP and floor level stock variance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years in similar role experience with overall 5-7 years experience
∎ Experience in ERP systems, Chemical handling, Health Safety and Environment management systems and mechanical applications
∎ Advance knowledge on Excel.
∎ Good communication skills both verbal & written.
∎ Experience working in paint industry will be preferred.
∎ Applicant should have experience in production
∎ Has to be smart, energetic and ready to take any challenge
