∎ 1. Working Experience in Electronic Industry will get preference. 2. Good communication skill. 3. Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare daily, monthly & yearly production plan based on sales forecast and available raw materials and monitor to execute the plan. 2. Capacity planning and suggest/demand required resources (manpower, machines, space etc.). 3. Ensure standard operating procedure (sop) for every products and processes. 4. Calculate standard allocated minutes (SAM)and use line balancing tools to get optimum line setup allocating manpower. 5. Ensure agronomical process flow for operators/workers and ensure safety tools and equipment. 6. Root cause analysis of major issues in production line. 7. BOM verification and continuously monitor physical and EBS stock to minimize deviation. 8. Establish KAIZEN as a habit for continuous improvement throughout the production floor. 9. Coordinating with all other concern department for smooth production. 10. Any other task assign by HOD.
