Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/IPE/EEE Engineering from any reputed institution with required experience.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical and mental ability to attend different maintenance/machineries installation work assigned by the company anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and coordinates with the team to provide a daily work report for assigned maintenance/production/QC job.
∎ Supervising engineering and technical staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Monitor manpower utilization and maintain good relationship with team member.
∎ Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
∎ Shift and 'on-call' work may be required, particularly where manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation.
∎ Computer knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), understanding drawing in AutoCAD (2D/3D).
∎ Carry out any other job, as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in following areas: Maintenance, production and QC.
∎ 2-4 years of proven working experienced as per as job responsibilities.
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
∎ Good problem-solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after budget, and it's important that meets deadlines.
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.

∎ Good communication, Interpersonal skill and Strong leadership skills.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Probationary period six month. Based on your performance will be confirmed & providing allowance for purchasing Mobile.
∎ Providing allowance for dress purpose at joining time.
∎ Daily Allowance.
∎ Mobile bill.
∎ Transport at actual.
∎ Provident fund.
∎ Salary Review: Yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Times.
