∎ BSc. in Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: metal fabrication, Supervising Production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Steel and Metal Fabrication, Forcasting, Heavy Duty Manufacturing Industry, LEAN Manufacturing, Manufacturing and Quality, Production Process, Workforce Development and Succession Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liable for overall Fasteners Production Management as In-charge.
∎ Provide direction to subordinates in planning, monitoring and executing assigned works.
∎ Analyze any departmental related issues and provide immediate and sustainable solutions.
∎ Make production plan according to in-house and market demand.
∎ FOH Expense control.
∎ Analyze and improve fasteners quality and reduce wastage.
∎ Guide and assist team members to increase productivity, OEE and reducing production breakdown.
∎ Ensure proper training to team members on Production, Process, Safety, 5s, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Quality etc.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing practices.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having similar experience will get preference.
∎ Practical work experience on Cost reduction training, 5S, Lean Six Sigma Training.
∎ Ability to track expenses and compile budget reports.
∎ Proven experience in the engineering field.
∎ Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong sense of proactiveness, leadership, responsibility and ownership.
∎ Ability to make decisions under pressure.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
