Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform as in-charge of battery production.
∎ To follow up assembly line of battery.
∎ To oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
∎ To optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
∎ To prepare assembles reports & conduct risk assessments.
∎ To analyze tracks metrics to discover the areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
∎ To communicate findings and proposals to management.
∎ To maximize productivity by improving cycle time with lower fault percentage and cost.
∎ To provides instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
∎ To assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards.
∎ To contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
∎ To instruct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing material changes as dictated by experts.
∎ To perform process troubleshooting, parts inspection and various other functions to ensure conformity and quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with Battery production and process.
∎ Practical work experience in battery production related industry.
∎ Well knowledge in production guidelines and parameters.
∎ Good communication skill and experience in handling large manpower
∎ Good report making ability and expertise in ERP/SAP, Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Salary: Negotiable
