Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favored brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual at plant to fill the position of Production Engineer.
∎ Responsible for implementation of production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements with project-based activities, including new product introduction and manufacturing cell design to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operating costs. Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximize success. Work on many phases or sub-tasks of projects or entire projects of moderate complexity, with results impacting on project completion. Work under general supervision, reviewed at project milestones and/or on completion by Senior Management.
∎ Department: Blending & Packaging Operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of daily blending operations as per weekly B&P Plan.
∎ Ensure that products are blended as per formulation within schedule time. Monitor the Blending HMI screen during operation to ensure the products are blended in right way.
∎ Ensure that blended products are within specs. from first time sample.
∎ Ensure to operate the automation system through HMI screen correctly as guided.
∎ Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment at blending side. Ensure that a preventive maintenance program is in place for the ABB Automation system in association of Maintenance team.
∎ Keep update all production data, equipment related data and other such records which will assist in improving line efficiency.
∎ Keep update the inventory records for all raw materials as well as all records related to operation as per guideline in compliance with PIAQA & ISO.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the working premises
∎ Base Oil receiving from Flexi bag
∎ Other activities as instructed by the Dept. Head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 - 2 years' experience in lube oil manufacturing preferred.
∎ Lube oil industry, FMCG preferrable.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Salary: Negotiable
