Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm from any reputed university with excellent academic record.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategy development or action plan prepare for the assigned products
∎ Promotional tools prepare (literature, Shade cards & Booklets etc)
∎ Yearly budget prepare for the assigned products
∎ Yearly & monthly promo plan set up & implement the plan within the budget
∎ Prepare sales forecast for the assigned products
∎ Follow up competitors market activity & promotional strategies
∎ Analysis of sales ( region wise or nationally) & prescription quantity daily & weekly basis
∎ Visit potential key opinion leaders all over the country to establish the brand.
∎ Prepare various reports on the performance of the products regularly.
∎ Carry out different type of analysis l ike profitability analysis and sales trend analysis.
∎ Time to time communicate with commercial department for smooth supply of RM & PM
∎ Time to time communicate with regulatory department for DCC & existing molecule
∎ Time to time new packaging developed for assigned portfolios
∎ New product searching & proposal
∎ Tentative costing (COGS)
∎ Selection of a brand names, prepare inclusion papers and promotional items(literature prepare, Gift selection, PM design etc)
∎ Product Presentation Prepare
∎ Preparation of product manual & training manuals of the assigned products
∎ Conduct training program for existing & new MPOs for updated product knowledge
∎ Conduct monthly regional conference at regular interval
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 year(s) experience candidate will get preference
∎ Freshers are also encourage to apply
∎ Ability to work as a team member
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ May have to tour in different parts of Bangladesh
∎ With strong communication skills both in Bengali & English
Salary: Negotiable
