∎ M. Pharm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ In consultation with over Head Manager prepare a plan for production of injectable product based on sales forecast and available Material
∎ Prepare material requisition for any Injectable product when required and after duly sign & approval arrange weighing under dispensing booth in presence of QC/QA officer and store officer for counter check and to confirm that right materials are being dispensed based on FIFO.
∎ Keep the weigh materials in previously cleaned area with safety measures.
∎ Ensure aseptic condition of injectable product Manufacturing, filling, and sealing area. Also ensure that the total work environment at different stage are clean and ready for works with the injectable Product.
∎ Check every Row materials before addition in missing vessel and every steps of Manufacturing direction at operation
∎ Send sample to QC request them to collect samples for test and after getting approval start filling and ensure filled volume and sealing of ampoules are under control and within specification.
∎ Maintain all level records, identification and proper materials arrangement forma ampoule washing manufacturing, filling & sealing, checking packing and dispatched of finished Goods to store in the light of CGMP and ISO: 9001: 2008 version Quality Management system as applicable.
∎ Motivate and monitor the working forces for smooth operation in the light cGMP and higher productivity in such a way that slowness, gossiping, misuse of material etc. reduce to nil.
∎ Maintain harmonious working relationship with the related Department or section to achieve the production target in stipulated time.

∎ Injection, Inventory and PD works experience will be preference
